Acceptable use policy

Last updated 2026-05-06

Vindy Post is a tool for creators, small businesses, and brands to schedule legitimate content. To keep the service usable for everyone, here's what you can't use it for. Breaching this policy can lead to account suspension or termination without refund.

Don't publish content that

  • Violates Indian law, including content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, or community.
  • Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.
  • Harasses, threatens, defames, or doxxes any individual.
  • Sexually exploits minors, in any form.
  • Promotes illegal goods or services (drugs, weapons, counterfeit currency, illegal gambling).
  • Includes deceptive deepfakes, manipulated media designed to mislead, or impersonation of real people without consent.
  • Spreads health misinformation, financial scams, or pump-and-dump schemes.

Don't use the service to

  • Spam: repetitive low-value posts at high frequency, especially designed to game algorithms.
  • Run engagement farms, follower-buy operations, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
  • Manage accounts you don't have authorisation to manage.
  • Bypass platform rate limits or terms of service.
  • Reverse-engineer Vindy Post, scrape it, or use it to build a competing service.
  • Probe, test, or attack our infrastructure without prior written permission.

Connected platforms have their own rules

Each platform you connect (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Threads) has its own community guidelines and terms of service. Posting through Vindy Post doesn't exempt you from those. If a platform takes action against your account, that's between you and them.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts. We may also remove content from our systems and report it to relevant authorities if required by law. We don't refund subscriptions for accounts terminated for breaching this policy.
