Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your Vindy Post account and all the data we've stored about you at any time. Email is currently the supported method.

By email

Send an email with subject "Delete my data" to hello@vindypost.in from the email address you signed up with. We process requests within 30 days and reply with a confirmation once your account, scheduled posts, connected platform tokens, draft content, and all associated data have been removed.

In-app self-service (coming soon)

We're shipping a self-service delete button inside Settingswith email verification. Until that's live, please use the email path above.

What about disconnecting from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn?

Disconnecting Vindy Post inside a platform's own settings (for example, Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites > Vindy Post > Remove) revokes our access to that platform immediately. However, this does notdelete data we've already stored on your behalf. To fully delete that data, send us the email request described above.

What we keep, briefly

We may retain minimal records required for tax, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, GST invoices for the period mandated by Indian law). These records do not contain your platform tokens, post content, or media.
