Refund & cancellation

Vindy Post offers a free tier you can use forever and a paid Pro plan. This page explains how cancellation and refunds work for the paid plan.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing > Cancel subscription. When you cancel:

  • You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period you've paid for.
  • You won't be charged again.
  • Your account stays. It just downgrades to the free tier when the period ends.

No questions asked, no exit interview, no "wait, here's a discount" popups.

Refund eligibility

Monthly plan (₹499/month): non-refundable once the billing period starts, because access is provisioned immediately. You can cancel future renewals at any time (above).

Annual plan (₹4,999/year): eligible for a pro-rata refund within the first 14 days. After 14 days, the annual plan is non-refundable for the remainder of the year, but you can cancel future renewals.

If we mess up:if Vindy Post is materially broken (extended outage, posts not publishing, account locked) and we can't resolve it within a reasonable window, you're entitled to a full or pro-rata refund regardless of plan. Email us. We'll sort it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@vindypost.infrom the address on your account with the subject "Refund request." Include your payment reference (visible in Settings > Billing) and a one-line reason. We'll acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7 business days back to your original payment method via Razorpay.

Free tier

The free tier is, well, free. Nothing to refund. You can stop using it any time and delete your account from Settings > Delete account (or follow the email path in our data deletion policy).

Disputes via Razorpay or your bank

Please email us first. Most refund issues resolve in a day. Filing a dispute with your bank or Razorpay before contacting us can lock the account and slow things down.
