Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Vindy Post (the "service"), available at vindypost.in and operated by Vindy Enterprises Private Limited (CIN U62020TN2026PTC193535), a company incorporated in India. By signing up or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Vindy Post is a tool that schedules and publishes content to social media platforms you connect (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Threads). We act on your behalf using the OAuth permissions you grant. We don't own or moderate the platforms themselves.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Don't share your account. Tell us at hello@vindypost.in if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 to use Vindy Post.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload, schedule, and publish. By using the service, you grant Vindy Post a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content to the platforms you connect, only as needed to deliver the service.

You're responsible for ensuring your content complies with the laws of India and the rules of each platform you publish to. See our acceptable use policyfor what's prohibited.

4. Connected platforms

Each platform (Meta, Google, X, LinkedIn) has its own terms. Connecting an account means granting Vindy Post permission to publish through that platform's API on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time from inside Vindy Post or from the platform's own settings.

We're not affiliated with these platforms. If a platform changes its API, suspends your account, or rejects a post, that's between you and them, though we'll do our best to surface useful error messages.

5. Pricing and billing

Vindy Post offers a free tier and a Pro subscription at the rates shown on our pricing page. Pro is billed via Razorpay in INR. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. See our refund & cancellation policy.

Prices include applicable Indian taxes (GST). GST invoices are issued for each Pro payment and are available in Settings > Billing.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Vindy Post to publish illegal content, spam, harassment, or anything that violates a connected platform's rules or Indian law. Full list of prohibited uses in our acceptable use policy. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

7. Intellectual property

Vindy Post's name, logo, design, code, and product are owned by us. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or use them to build a competing service.

8. Service changes and uptime

We're a small team shipping fast. Features may change. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll communicate planned downtime and material changes by email.

9. Termination

You can cancel and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our acceptable use policy. On termination, we delete your data per our data deletion policy, except billing records retained under Indian tax law.

10. Liability

Vindy Post is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost reach, lost revenue, platform suspensions, etc.).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of India.
